Photo day is just around the corner! 

My name is Nicole, and I am the school portrait

photographer for Nicole Saccardi Photography. I am thrilled to be creating fine art portraits of your

children this year. My goal is to make photo day simple for the school and a joyful experience for

families, while providing portraits that are timeless and authentic.

What is a fine art school portrait?

Fine Art School Portraits are a modern approach to school photography. Instead of stiff poses,

or distracting backgrounds, children are photographed against a clean backdrop with

natural expressions. We encourage kids to be themselves, so portraits feel genuine and reflect

their real personality. These portraits will be taken outside, weather permitting.

What to expect on photo day

Each class will come to the portrait area together.  Every child will spend about 1-5 minutes with

me while I capture several natural expressions. The process is quick and comfortable, designed

to make kids feel at ease and keep the day moving smoothly.

What should my child wear?

Solid colors photograph best. For fall photos think cream dresses, denim, sage or hunter green, rose pink, muted orange, brown.  Please avoid large logos, busy patterns, or neon colors as they

can distract from your child’s portrait. 

How will I view my child’s images?

Within two weeks of photo day, you will receive an email with a link to the school’s gallery.

Each child will have their own album with multiple images.

For added privacy, you can request your child’s gallery be password-protected by emailing me

before photo day at ntsaccardi@gmail.com

How does ordering work?

Your session fee = Store credit.

The session fee auto applies towards any purchase of high res digital or high quality prints.  Families can order directly from the online gallery. Prints, digital files, and other products are

available à la carte. There are no pre-purchased packages, so you only buy what you truly love.

The gallery will remain open for [10] days. Please make sure all orders are placed before the

deadline.

When will I receive my portraits?

Digital files are delivered instantly via email as soon as you complete your purchase. Print

orders will be delivered directly to the school within three weeks of the gallery closing and sent

home with students.

Pricing

All products are printed by a professional photography lab for accurate colors and long-lasting

quality. 

For this session, you will need to reserve a session, with a session fee of only $35.  Should you choose to purchase digital or print photos, 

the session fee will be applied as credit.  Session fee is non-refundable.
